Here Fishy, Fishy!

This was a double layer cake that was torted to create four layers.  The layers were filled with chocolate pudding from individual pudding cups.  Each cup was enough pudding for one layer.  The entire cake was then covered with buttercream icing. 

The design was traced onto wax paper using piping gel which was then transferred to the cake.  The design was then filled in with different colours of buttercream icing.  The base of the cake was blue waves made with blue icing and a star tip.
