Yellow Tulips for Spring Dress with Yellow leggings

This white dress features a pattern of yellow tulips.  The dress is made with cotton or cotton blend fabric and can be machine washed and dried.  The dress fastens at the back with hook and loop tape.  The leggings are yellow and have elastic at the waist and the calf.
