White and Blue Dress with Blue leggings

This blue and white short-sleeved dress fastens at the back with hook and loop tape.  The dress has short sleeves and is made with a cotton or cotton blend lightweight fabric.  This dress can be machine washed and dried.  The blue leggings just pull on, they have elastic at the waist and at the calf.
