White with Red Hearts

This white dress has a pattern of little red hearts on it.  The dress is cotton or cotton blend and can be machine washed and dried.  The dress fastens at the back with hook and loop tape.  For more versatility the dress can be worn as a top under a skirt, or with leggings.
