Thnking of Spring
Thinking of Spring, a bright flowery cake.
This double layer cake was torted to make four layers. The bottom and second layer were separated with buttercream icing, the second and third layer were separated with pudding and the third and fourth layer were separated with buttercream icing. The whole cake was then iced with buttercream icing.
The roses and other flowers used for decoration were made with buttercream icing. The writing and leaves were also buttercream icing.
