Light Pink Dress with garter stitch trim and pink panties

This dress is pull on , so there are no fasteners to frustrate little fingers.  The dress has cap sleeves and garter stitch trim around the neck and hem of the skirt.  The panties match the dress and just pull on.  Both pieces can be machine washed and dried.
