Bells and Lace Red Skirt

This red and white skirt has an elastic waist and just pulls on.  The skirt is double thickness due to the fabric that was used to make it.  The white design on the red skirt are bells and dots.  The fabric is cotton or cotton blend and can be machine washed and dried.
