Red,Green,Off White Skirt and Blouse

This red, green and off white skirt has an elastic waist and just pulls on.  The skirt is double layered due to the fabric used to make it.  The pattern on the skirt is angled stripes of red hearts and green leaves on an off-whote background.  The lace is off- white.  The skirt is made of a cotton or cotton blend fabric so it can be machine washed and dried.  The blouse is cotton and can also be machine laundered.
