Blue flowers and off-white lace skirt and Blouse

This blue and off-white skirt has a flower patterned top, an off-white lace and a solid blue bottom.  The skirt is double-layered due to the fabric it was made from.  The fabric is cotton or a cotton blend and can be machine washed and dried.  The blouse is short sleeved and is also cotton.
